If you have been enrolled onto my NAA 10-credit university module Mind-work: Practical Self-inquiry for Improved Personal- and Work-life Relationships as part of your Nottingham Advantage Award (NAA), this space is for you.
After completing the online video lectures and consolidation quiz via the Moodle page you will need to move onto the practical and experiential part of this NAA module. This involves downloading the five audio meditation tasks for each part of this module.
These parts are password protected, only available to NAA students whose application for enrolment onto the module has been successful. The passwords can be found on Moodle in each respective part. Please refrain from sharing the passwords with other students as the material may confuse them if they are not enrolled onto the module. Instead, recommend that the students contact me if they are interested and inform them of the daily drop-in meditation sessions for staff and students on campus.
Below you will find password protected links to the audio meditations for parts 1-7.
Please do get in touch if you have any comments, questions or queries. Otherwise, I will see in the Group Discussion Meetings, the daily drop-in meditation sessions and also via the online learning platform Moodle.
