These near daily drop-in meditation sessions are open o staff and students at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC). The sessions involve a combination of simple concentration and awareness meditative techniques and are guided for the first five minutes. The meditation sitting will last for approximately 25-30 minutes, and is followed by a 10-minute relaxation and a little time for Q & A at the end.
The sessions will be held in Room 112 of the UNNC Sports Centre every weekday afternoon (except for Mondays). All meditation blocks and mats are provided for you but if you wish to bring your own, you are more than welcome to.
Meditation is universal and compatible with all other secular and non-secular practices. All staff and students are welcome.
