This is a one-day workshop that focuses on the reciprocal relationship between yoga and nutrition. It will introduce you to more holistic ways in which one can adapt their eating habits according their yogic lifestyle, but perhaps more intuitively through practice, how a yogic lifestyle adapts your eating habits without you even realising it. It will also dispel some sadly too prevalent myths about the correlation between yoga and weight loss, but through an introduction to Integral Yoga in practice, it will demonstrate the effects yoga does have on one’s relationship with their own nutrition and eating habits.
Contents of the Workshop
Two guided meditation sessions, one 1.5 hour focused integral yoga class, one 2-hour talk followed by a open discussion, a workbook & hand-outs and some light refreshments. These components can be tailored to suit your individual needs and requests.
